1️⃣ Are your sneakers authentic?
✅ Yes! All our sneakers are 100% authentic and undergo a rigorous authentication process before being listed for sale. We guarantee authenticity with a money-back guarantee if a pair is proven inauthentic.
2️⃣ What condition are the sneakers in?
Our collection consists of brand-new, pre-owned, and limited-edition sneakers, which may have minor signs of wear if pre-owned. Each product listing includes detailed descriptions and high-quality photos, so you know exactly what you're purchasing.
3️⃣ Do the sneakers come with original packaging?
Each listing specifies what’s included. Some sneakers come with original boxes, dust bags, and extra laces, while others may only include the shoes themselves. Please check the product description before purchasing.
4️⃣ Do you offer a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
Yes! For select high-end sneakers, you can request a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for an additional fee. Contact us before purchasing at ranitakellam@hotmail.com.

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy, provided that:
✅ The sneakers are unused and in original condition
✅ All authenticity cards, dust bags, and packaging are included
✅ The buyer covers return shipping costs, unless the item is defective
